This two-day silent retreat will provide attendees with the opportunity to unplug from the distractions and noise of everyday life and connect with themselves in the beautiful sanctuary of the secluded Seal Cove on the coast of Maine.
Can you hear your inner voice? What does it have to tell you?
Can you really be in your body? What do you find there?
This retreat is for every single human, but is particularly important for healthcare professionals. There is a reason that “silence” and “resilience” share so many letters. It’s not just a cute aphorism that we have to take care of ourselves before we can take care of others…and yet, most of us don’t know where to start in truly and deeply caring for ourselves. We hope you’ll put yourself first and choose to join us for two deeply nourishing days to be quiet with yourself and with other humans who want to do the same.
Cal Cates and Kerry Jordan will use noble silence, movement and meditation to invite participants to listen to themselves and the world around and inside them in new and deeper ways, to cultivate genuine curiosity and self-kindness, and to hear and feel and trust their innate wisdom.
Food and lodging are included in the price of tuition.
