This retreat will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to connect with themselves and to cultivate resilience, self-love and kindness that will support a sustainable foundation from which to care deeply and without agenda for themselves and others.

Deepening the Mystery will build on the concepts and experiences introduced in Opening to the Mystery. Instructors, Lauren Cates and Kerry Jordan, combine mindful movement, silence, meditation, and a variety of small group and individual explorations to invite participants to enter into deep conversation with themselves and each other about what it is to be truly present to their mortality, breakability, and perfect imperfection.
