Cindy Rocca (she/her)
Massage Therapist
Cindy graduated from the Medical College of Virginia with a degree in Radiologic Technology and certificate in Radiation Therapy in 1979. During her 31 years as a Radiation Therapist she saw the importance of touch to cancer patients and enrolled in the Baltimore School of Massage, graduating in 1996. In 1997 she started a volunteer program called Gentle Touch for Cancer patients at the Arlington Hospital.
In 2011 Cindy retired and started Medicine Hands on Wheels. She provides massages in homes, hospitals, and hospices. In 2016 Cindy trained as an End of Life Doula, and is a member of INELDA (International End of Life Doula Association).
