Hello my name is Twila Melvin. I’m originally from Fayetteville Nc, at the age of 5 my mom moved up north moving us to Alexandria VA, then two years later Fort Washington Maryland where I currently live now. Fast forward to my teen, and adult years I graduated from Oxon Hill High school. I later attended PRINCE GEORGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE. During that time, I would say maybe around my last semester (I wasn't graduating) I was beginning to feel like this school thing wasn’t for me like I had another purpose. During this time of being indecisive a friend of mine introduced me to massage and recommended that I should check out NMTI which is where I would graduate from. Who knew, this decision would lead me to a six year and a half career at Massage Envy? I would definitely say massage has chosen me. I feel like it’s where I’m supposed to be in the world. I’m grateful to be a part of Healwell, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for picking me and allowing me to experience this new blessing in my life.
